Your mission
You will ensure that the claims process covers every claim filed with us from start to finish across our product portfolio. Your responsibility is to manage our entire claims team and bring the best practices from insurance experience.
You will kick off the team and use their know-how and your own expertise to improve our claim processes and ensure that they are compliant with all relevant regulations.
One of your first projects will be participating as a stakeholder in the new claims portal development and ensuring the implementation of guidelines from the Claims Manager in the Lichtenstein team.

You'll be in the heart and soul of it all - you'll be working closely with our team members from Estonia, Liechtenstein, and Germany.

You are passionate about the insurance industry and want to challenge the status quo. You enjoy leading your team by example and you can't wait to share your expertise in claims management with them. You are comfortable talking to managers of any rank and holding them accountable for their part in any project and representing the claims team in related projects.
You believe in making decisions based on facts and not just a gut feeling and want to take leadership. You are experienced in documenting standards of procedure, analyzing claim-related data, and defining the problem areas.

PS! Most of our claims currently are from our customers in German-speaking countries, which means that our perfect candidate for this position would have German skills at least on level B2, ideally C1/C2.
