People Operations Manager – People & Culture

Kristel joined INZMO in 2018, as a Management Board Assistant & Lawyer. She can say proudly, that out of the whole team, she has been with INZMO the longest. Kristel has a master's degree in Law and has worked closely with founders on a wide range of topics during her time here. 

As the company is growing fast, pretty quickly in her role, she started to take on more and more additional responsibilities, including managing everything regarding the well-being & growth of our team. In 2021, she took upon a new challenge as our Talent Acquisition Specialist and in 2022 she started as our People Operations Manager. Together with our Head of People & Culture, she is building up our (People & Culture (HR) department, creating the most modern and employee/candidate-focused processes and helping us to grow our team further, by finding & hiring the best talent out there.
