Jaana is the powerhouse behind our company, ensuring everyone has everything they need to get their things done, so they can focus on doing what they are here to do - being the best at their jobs.
Jaana studied Rescue Service at The Academy of Security Sciences. After graduating, she worked for ten years as a fire safety division chief specialist in the Estonian Rescue Board. She has also been a guest lecturer at Tallinn Healthcare College, teaching about fire safety.
"I'm an office fairy! I try to do everything in my power to make people feel comfortable at work and that everybody can do their job and not deal with small things and problems. I'm a firefighter, so I'll fight the background fires," says Jaana when describing herself and her position at INZMO.
