💼 How would you describe your role at INZMO in your own words?
As the Claims Manager, my responsibilities include organizing the claims team and serving as the main point of contact for any claims-related inquiries.
Furthermore, I continually analyze the existing claims processes and customer feedback to enhance the processes for an improved customer experience and to facilitate the team's work in the future.
🛠️ In your opinion, what are the three most critical skills to succeed as a Claims Manager?
Building relationships internally with team members and externally with customers is crucial as a Claims Manager. In addition, having excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude are essential to success in this role.
🔥 How did you find your passion for your profession?
My love for this profession has been a journey that has been influenced by my experiences with customer interaction, my time as a team lead, and, most importantly, the last year that I have spent working with INZMO via a service company. During that time, I saw firsthand the impact of efficient claims processing on individuals and businesses, which piqued my interest. Being in the field allowed me to understand the intricacies of claims management, turning what some might perceive as a mundane task into a vital service. I was drawn to the opportunity to navigate complex situations, overcome challenges, and constantly improve processes for both the team and our customers.
🎯 Before joining INZMO, where did you work, and what was your mission?
I previously worked as a retail store manager, where I was responsible for guiding a dedicated team while ensuring seamless and efficient business operations. Over the past years, I have worked for a service company where I did consulting work for various clients, especially in the sales sector. This experience has honed my abilities in customer communication, project management, and handling complex challenges. I also contacted INZMO through my work for this service company.

💡 Please share three interesting facts about yourself.
In the summer, I regularly participate in Kubb tournaments. Kubb is an outdoor skill game that originally hails from Sweden.
My favorite football club is Borussia Mönchengladbach. When I was about 17 to 19, I had a season ticket for some years and watched every game in the stadium. This day, I try to be in the stadium at least two times a year.
I can identify and name the title and artist of several hundred music songs within a few seconds, especially songs from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. (I can also sing along to the lyrics even if no one really wants to hear it 😅)
