1. Why do you like working at INZMO, Beatriz?

I appreciate the innovative, dynamic work environment fostering creativity and encouraging fresh ideas. Managers trust the people, and a supportive and collaborative team culture makes it an enjoyable workplace where everyone's contributions are valued. Moreover, INZMO offers me the flexibility to work from anywhere and avoid the cold winters in Europe. Also, our offices are dog-friendly, and Rambo (my dog) loves to come to work with me!

2. What initially attracted you to work for INZMO?

The company's commitment to changing the insurance industry and leveraging technology to provide seamless customer experiences is exciting. I love the idea of challenging the status quo of traditional industries. Moreover, It was refreshing to see a company that actively promotes and supports the advancement of women in leadership positions. INZMO's dedication to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce resonated with me, as it demonstrated their understanding of the value that different perspectives and backgrounds bring to the table.

3. What specific aspects of your job do you enjoy the most?

One aspect of my job that I genuinely enjoy is the opportunity to contribute to developing innovative insurance solutions. It is satisfying to be part of a team that continuously pushes the boundaries of what is possible in this traditional and old-school industry. Additionally, the collaborative nature of my role allows me to engage with colleagues across different departments, fostering a sense of teamwork and shared accomplishment.

I can finally be myself, and this is AMAZING! As a young Latin woman and a leader, I have often found myself in situations where I felt the need to conform or adapt to fit into traditional workplace norms. However, I no longer have to pretend or act like an old white man to be heard and taken seriously at this company. The inclusivity and acceptance I have experienced here are truly remarkable. Being part of an environment where diversity is acknowledged and celebrated is empowering. I am comfortable being myself, sharing my unique perspectives, and contributing as an individual.
