We're happy to welcome our new product manager, Gamze, who joined INZMO at the beginning of July.

When asked about her role at INZMO, Gamze explained that as a Product Manager, her main objective is to identify problem areas or potential enhancements.

She then breaks them down into time-sensitive tasks, enabling efficient resource planning and the integration of business results with the deliverables.

Gamze highlighted several crucial skills for a successful product manager:

1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen to others.
2. A strong analytical understanding of abstract mechanisms and problem-solving.
3. The importance of imaginative thinking, often referred to as "thinking outside of the box."
4. According to Gamze, this approach emphasizes the creation of a narrative customer journey in their work.

Gamze found her passion for product management through a coincidence of an unexpectedly well-prepared interview structure of her first position in product management, and it went well.

Gamze has also been in other positions throughout her career, but product management is where you can be part of an E2E process of creation and then where you see the results and created impacts. Her motivation comes from the fact that she can see when something is achieved each time.

Previously, Gamze has worked mainly in the banking industry, including giant organizations and one start-up. She is also experienced as an auditor and a financial planner. Most of her experience is in product management in different products, consumer loans, mortgages, credit cards (inc., an Effie Awarded launch of a co-branded credit card), debit cards, and overdrafts.
