Employer Brand Communication Manager, Rene Rumberg, has joined INZMO!
We're pleased to announce that Rene Rumberg has joined INZMO as our Employer Brand Communication Manager. Rene previously worked as a spokesperson for a political party Eesti 200.
"My goal at INZMO is to make sure that everything happening inside our organization will be heard by people outside, so they'd consider INZMO their next destination in career," said Rene when describing his role at INZMO.
Rene believes that it's the culture inside the organization that makes companies succeed or fail. "Companies with bad culture are like rotten apples - they look great from the outside, but when you get a peek into the inside, you see void," added Rene when describing why culture and management that buys into the importance of culture is crucial for the success of every company.
"No investor invests in ideas; instead, they invest into teams. With a great team, even if the initial idea fails, they know the team can adapt, pivot, and overcome setbacks on the road. INZMO has a great team and management that understands the importance of culture inside the organization. I've known Reelika Ein (INZMOs Head of People and Culture) for years, and I know her mindset and what she stands for, so it was an easy decision to join INZMO when she invited me to apply for the position," said Rene when describing his decision to join INZMO.
