Meet our new User Researcher, Livia Shallon!
Neil Armstrong once said that research creates new knowledge. Knowledge is the eye of desire and can become the soul's pilot. Knowledge is also essential for us at INZMO.
That's why we're happy to say hello to Livia, our new User Researcher, who will help us to explore the hearts of our (potential) customers! With Livia's help, INZMO will develop products that speak to the needs of our customers, both existing and future ones. According to Livia, products must be evidence-based and reflect customers' real needs.
Livia likes to call herself a researcher in life and at work, being curious about every possible subject. She has previously worked in the NGO sector dealing with overseas aid, etc. At one point, Livia understood that it was time to move on, and that's how she found the way to User Research.
Interesting facts about Livia:
- She is a hobbyist seamstress who designs & makes her own clothes. 🎨
- Her career started in the non-profit sector, where she spent six months interviewing farmers in the Indian desert. 👨🌾
- She's an expert pickler who enjoys making several kinds of pickles and fermented foods from all over the world. 🥕
